10K was laced with damning FRAUD and confirms (not that it needed any confirmation) what a filthy scam this stock is. That 10K guarantees the demise and death of SHMP and a loss of all the money invested in it...which is the market cap, market valuation, 34,617,800 dollars will vanish within days...!

Know the law.

Know what the SEC will act upon.

That 10K was horrific for the stock, the principals and the stockholders.

That 10K was the death knell.

SHMP Quarter 1, 2020 10Q is due 45 days after period end. Quarter 1 was April May June and is due approximately August 15th, 2019, about 45 days from now. For Q1 2020. Jan Feb Mar was 4th Q and year end 2019 (10K Annual Report - 90 days to file).

The new info we are all eagerly awaiting is in the Q1 report for activity 4/1/19 - 6/30/19. (Due 8/2019)

No one is eagerly awaiting this as it will NOT be filed with the price higher than $0.0003. If it's filed at all, after the SEC SUSPENSION, then I will never post here again.

BAU is not a good story for SHMP. It's resulted in a pps of 11 (one better than ten).

I agree today's filing doesn't mean much. It is just a required legal exercise.

It certainly does not negate the recent CEO interview saying that they expect deals soon. When those deals hit everything that you THINK you know about SHMP goes out the window.
