Berman is a well-known lying CON-MAN SCUMBAG who uses ONCI as his personal ATM machine for past 18 months.

He successfully used PUMPERs to HYPE the stock into a RUNUP based on lies and empty promises, which he repeats every QTR w/ fake financials, additional DILUTION, and BS "shareholder letters."
