This story is False and how do they let Fake Media get by with this. Writing Codes is no easy task and they are changed several times before they are used. Then after that they are changed.
This has everything to do with Politics and Money, nothing about Safety.

The story is poorly written, made to seem off the top that nine-buck Indians wrote the MACS code.

Only in the last third of the article is it revealed that Boeing engineers wrote the code for the MACS.

Most people read headlines or the top of a story and will be influenced in their thinking by the sensational headline.

This piece should have not gotten past the editors unless, of course, they too were piling on.
