The sky is falling... going to believe that too? anyone can post anything, doesn’t mean it should be believed. No one really cares about the lawsuit I would say except it will cost some money for lawyer but then again BIEL can counter sue for that... it’s a distraction

I performed a superficial DD on this ENDV company, I found that they have filed court actions against a number of firms for Patent Infringement. However, I'm not aware if they have won any cases. Furthermore, just because they filed suit, it does mean those court actions are legitimate. Ok, let's hypothetically say that the suit they brought against BIEL is valid, and ENDV goes on to win the case. That does not mean that BIEL could not go on to be a very successful business concern. They would just have to settle at some point and time. Case in point, I'm presently invested in a company which owns numerous patents that cover Methods and Component/Technical applications for Residential and Business Entrance-Way Security (i.e., Cameras, Sensors, etc.). Now, the company in which I'm invested has sued several companies within the Home Monitoring Security industry for Patent Infringement. Yes, they won in court, and they have lost in court. But to my knowledge, not one of those lawsuits impeded the path of any of those companies from going on to be successful businesses. If you are around this investment game long enough, you will realize lawsuit filings are anything but rare. That's My Take!!
