More than just bitcoin mining ...Spencer Payne, CEO of BitFrontier Capital Holdings, states, “The acquisition of TelesisIT is a huge step forward for the Company. TelesisIT will not only add significant revenue and assets to the books, it will provide an opportunity to rapidly expand into the blockchain software industry through existing clients of TelesisIT. We are excited about the opportunity to expand into this huge potential growth industry with experienced professionals who understand how to implement blockchain into their operations.” According to IDC worldwide blockchain spending is anticipated to grow to $9.7B in 2021.

TelesisIT will continue to operate in the same fashion that has made it profitable annually with current management running the business while operating under the BitFrontier umbrella. We will be looking to further expand our portfolio of companies over the coming months with the ambition of building out a solid core of companies. All transactions will be vetted with our shareholders’ interests in mind and with the goal of rapid growth for BitFrontier in 2019.

Are those inspections relating specifically to the nature of their business or just all buildings in that area?

I'm in Ohio and the only inspections needed are usually the rough-in, plumbing, yada yada, and then the final inspection and final approval automatically gets the occupancy permit approval. Our last one we did have to get a fire inspection done by the local fire marshall...not sure if it is always required or usually part of the final, but in this building we had to install a monitored fire alarm system so they sent the fire marshall out to check it all out. Those guys are by the book, major sticklers...

Of course it didn't help my tenant had ONE fire extinguisher in her 10,000 SF building, expired date tag, on the top shelf out of reach and she didn't realize smoke detectors took batteries and had a bunch of battery-less smoke detectors laying around. And it was a gymnastics training facility where the building is full of young, innocent kids. Yeah, not a fun day. LOL
