I believe that Tweet was about them securing the area themselves.

I actually called and spoke with Rolf from Block Operations (two videos of mining build outs I posted). I explained the state of the current buildout, and he laughed at my estimate of when the facility will be operational. He stated that they were required to have a slew of inspections & approvals.. Fire codes, air filtration codes, electrical codes, framing approvals, capacity inspections, etc. I can't remember all he said they went through...wish I had recorded the convo so I could listen to it a few times.

Bottom line is that he thinks they wouldn't be fully operational until the end of Fall unless they had all the materials/equipment ready to go along with crews all lined up.

He said there were times when he was overwhelmed by the constant flood of expenses, but they did it.


Having no position allows for a much clearer perspective...
