MastaBeta if Melissanidis sold AMPHI in 2016, then which company did Mercuria get ?? If AMPHI, then Melissanidis is not involved. If Mercuria aquired Aegaean Oil then Melissanidis is involved. At this point it looks like AMPHI may have been hidden under Aegean Marine name. The plot thickens, until we get clarity or maybe even criminal prosecution of Melissannidis. IMO
MastaBeta another question that comes to mind. If AMPHI (bunkering) was sold in 2016 who was the new owner and why would they run out of the same office as Aegean Oil (gas stations) ?? Aegean Marine Petroleum Network seems to imply they were ran under an umbrella . Especially since they both were ran out of the same office. Further more who filed chapter 11 and for which company or both?? Also which companies were listed on the NYSE and what did the quarter and annual reports list as assets?? Was it one or the other or both companies combined?? Also who filed chapter 11 ?? Why was Aegean sold in chapter 11, when chapter 11 is only for protection from creditors, NOT a sale. My only guess for all of my question is Melissanidis committed massive fraud. Perhaps someone can untangle this web ?? IMO
