yes 6 months to just over a year is normal for completed trials to be published.

3 years includes the trial times....in includes huge trials where data take a long time to process.

I expect based on the trial size, and the size of this company doing the paper to be published, and the time for peer review that it will take a year from August 2018...give or take a month or two.
