I don't believe anyone here was invited into those settlement negotiations.

Posters keep making assumptions that this was all amicable and the UW's wanted this outcome.

I know of no lawyer who spends YEARS hashing out the credibility of a claim and then finally coming to an agreement, would then accept that agreement being cast aside.

If AG is successful, then what?...does the LT assign them to Class 18 or deny their claim outright???

Current allowed Class 18's are owed $38.1M while the LT only has $35M.

If the UW's $72M claim is added to Class 18 that then dilutes the cash to current holders, will they now accept that dilution?

Just more litigation added to what's already there.
