On June 30, 2014, the following officers and directors resigned their respective positions:

Richard A. Wolpow – Chairman of the Board and Director
Danny M. Barnes – Director
David S. Rowley – Director
Stephen M. Perry – Director
Boyd P. Relac – Chief Operating Officer and Secretary
Russell Skibsted – Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer

None of the resignations involved any disagreement with the Company or other management relating to the Company’s operations, policies, practices, or otherwise.

Mackie Barch remains as the sole officer and director of the Company.

* note this... CFO resigns in June 2014. Mackie signed the 10Q in May of 2014. Why did not the CFO sign off on the financials?

What happened to the accounts receivables?
What happened with the assets of Bryce Labs? And the income.
Why did the directors/management resign all at once?

looks there there very well could be fraud from daddy on down!
son had on his linkedin that he was sales person since 2009 i don't see how his new company can't be trademark etc... infringed unless daddy signed our rights away.

hopefully someone can type up a page or 3 so that it all makes sense to an outsider reading it and it goes to about 20 different state and federal agency's
