None of the resignations involved any disagreement with the Company or other management relating to the Company’s operations, policies, practices, or otherwise.

An 8K states CFO was fired. And later said he resigned. So there must have be some real disputes going on.

They paid $1,100,000 for Bryce Labs that was making money. What happened to those sales?
