Although not all sales were marked as 'sells' into the bid, sellers chose to sell in the $2.xx's, and the last sellers at end of day did sell into the bid to 'clear the $2.xx's', and satisfy that one $1.56 bidder.
Given that GSFI has been silent on financials so far, sure, this could merely be a 'reset'. Without financials, GSFI doesn't really deserve any price support.
Re 'dumping' or not -- yeah, I could agree that it wasn't really dumping, given that there are 330K shares, and today's trades were only a little shy of 2K shares. I couldn't find any news or any other publicly accessible reason for the downward sales, so maybe someone who bought lower got tired of waiting; or maybe someone got wind of something bad that we will find out about soon.
Obviously we have to wait and see.
