It's complete horsecrap that the FDA does not have a set rule in place. So theoretically, FDA could say that they're having an AdCom tomorrow.

a quick Google search you'll find 30 days notice of AdComs

I did that, tried multiple search terms, and came up completely blank - it's not as simple to find as you suggest unless you know the secret words, which aren't the ones above.
