LoL - Prefs New BS ! ! !

Before Meritless Lawsuits Not Solved, Cannot Start Recapitalization - LoL
More Disturbing Prefs BS Nearly Not Possible !
But Maybe Prefs Think They GOD by Its Increasing Desperation, Mentally . . . . .

Beside Worthless Legally Voided Prefs Go Gradually To ZERO Where They Belong !

Present Reference Comparisons :
FNMA Jan. 2019 $ 1.06 , Today $ 2.76 = Up 160.3 % !
FNMAS Jan.2019 $ 6.95 Today $ 12.55 = Up Poor 80.5 %
( This Not By Prefs Fooling Yahoo Charts As Seen !! )

Objectively Remains Only Happy FNMA Investing

In terms of total victory, none. Collins could be the first. But that's not the point. As long as the cases remain outstanding the recap cannot start. That's where the junior-holding plaintiffs' leverage comes from.

kthomp19,
I have been repeating the impossibility of recapitalization under conservatorship. If today WH and fhfa end conservatorship, then most of the law suits will go away. After Release recapilization can be done over a period of time using many different options.

There is no way JPS holders can settle any law suits with Gov and even then there is no way to recap fnf still under Conservatorship.
