By not agreeing to drop the cases until they get what they want.

How many cases JPS holders have won so far?

In terms of total victory, none. Collins could be the first. But that's not the point. As long as the cases remain outstanding the recap cannot start. That's where the junior-holding plaintiffs' leverage comes from.

Please provide more details so that others can start buying JPS.

I'd rather that not happen. I prefer the price to stay low so I can accumulate more.
