Some people have received emails...the meeting is filed with the SEC..and if you go to the Investors Village Board, go to sec filing...you can download a copy of the paperwork...it describes the date of record for ownership of the stock which qualifies you to vote. I have not received an email, nor have I recd anything in the mail....on my other stocks, I always get them in the mail...but even LAST year, I got nothing from TKO...so go to the SEC filing and see if you qualify.
I am able to leave at the last minute, and have been setting up my plans, once I land at the airport....hopefully, it will all work out for me. You can still vote with the proxy form, whether you are there or not. ANother consideration for me is this: If nothing happens this week re: announcements, that supposedly we are going to get--you can bet your pet penguin that I will be there....
