To the stockholders

If there is a stockholders meeting on 12/08/2006, How many of you plan to attend? I have attended a couple of the meetings in the past and only the insiders and a very few of the others showup. Never any hard questions ask. Have any of you received you announcements of the meeting or proxy statements?
