Yep and it is not going to move the stock. Since he states that numbers won't be posted until after the year, my opinion is that no one is going to step in and buy this big until then.

What will change this scenario is publishing some Roc sales numbers in the early part of December which will represent the first 60 days of results.

If not, this is dead until next year
