Doesn't exactly sound like they're gonna be needin' Dixie.... Especially since they've got Constellation (who naturally wouldn't wanna SHARE beverage revenues). Hence Dixie is gonna be gettin' shut OUT (of THAT deal at least I imagine).
So could THAT be ONE reason why their shares have entered freefall ?
I dunno - I am no expert when it comes to evaluating fundamentals....
As for evaluating TECHNICALS though (now that's a whole nuther story)
