Credit where credit is due. 9 plus years ago Dixie launched their company with beverages. They have a winner, got some award for it but you are right. When I said that Dixie could be in the crosshairs of Canopy it was for their whole recipe box of products which have already been manufactured and are selling off shelves. Constellation is more than capable of formulating their own beverages but if you can get a winning recipe or two by default that came with the package, that's cool. Constellations interest from my understanding is staying beverage but they could take over Canopy all together. They are the big daddy! Dixie figured out a long time ago that beverages were going to be the future and Constellation dumping that kind of money into an unknow entity is a big vote of confidence. I personally believe that consumers will prefer a nice beverage that they can enjoy in a non-invasive way, without all the restrictions for smoking that will migrate over to smoking weed. Dixie moved on out to the bigtime today with a OTC listing Stateside and outsold CAnada on day 1 despite the Fed regulations hanging over their head. Dixie has done some heavy lifting and I hope they can keep building on it, but if not, they look desirable to suitors, to me. glta and dyodd
