For sure Southridge was picking the meat off of this one. Rich has a PHD in toxics. I love watching this drop as much as the next guy but I don't think there is any SEC issue with ICNB. It's just a POS company designed to drain the public stockholders of their money with hopes and dreams. Team Stosh has a sell order and a price target of .25.
