The A/S has no “value”. It is simply the number of shares the company is allowed to issue into the OS.

Stinkie pinkies RS the OS and leave the AS unchanged all the time.

It only means the company can dilute the OS back to the same level it is now...with the pps dropping as a result.

This is pennystock 101 type stuff.
