If LIBE owns those vape shops then they are in violation of SEC regulations which require audits and proformas within 74/75 days of acquisition.

….in this particular case Cigawatt joined LIBE on March 1st and all conditions on LIBE have been done....all other conditions are the responsibility of Cigawatt IMHO
