Question about SAM arbitration. I know SAM requested another arbitration in late October. Was that request part of their reply to IDCC's enforcement of the decision in SDNY. My question is I remember in the NOK arbitratin the judge set a court date for October to confirm the award and than moved it to December. Is the decision to set a court date for the confirmation a seperate event or is it tied into this new request for a new arbitration from SAM?
