Are you of the opinion a buyout is likely here?

Meanwhile I expected a firm offer before end of Q1, BO isn't my wish. I am not in the GIA or BO camp … I do not care what will happen.

My view:
- Most likely the Co was approached by more than one Company
- I do not know what is the thought of the Co and the potential buyer as a fair value (and more importantly as a DCF parameters) … how far they are regarding the NPC, but BO is definitely possible

If any … 3-6 months (as the latest) after approval and the end (in any form: win or settlement) of the patent case.
