That’s how it works, new hires get options knowing risk of BO, company does not know if after FDA approval and maybe the generic court cases what max offers are so they have to assume GIA, otherwise low ball offers and now behind the eight ball on GIA. There is no deal until they have a signed deal, until a nap point you can never assume that you’re going to have a BO

I’m sure JT has pre-programmed sales to sell the options when exercise and that was set long ago

We didn't have a flurry of Form 4s, just JZ (please don't jinx it!). So does it make a difference if the shares were exercise of options? He actually had to pay $3.xx a share. IDK what is going on. We won't know until FDA action on/or before Sept 28. I'm focusing on label expansion. All the GIA/BO speculation is just that right now. JT and AMRN are tight-lipped suckers right now. Don't want to rock the boat before label expanded IMO. Have good day!

Me thinks that all BOD at all major companies are in it for themselves and are not altruistic. They will line their pockets. They are the only ones in the know.. If I had a ton of cheap options, Id sell partially too, 1.9 Million is chump change to BOD, not like most of the world... If no one sold then we would be arguing about inside info and that would not look good. If everyone sold after a buyout let's say, would you be happy>>> yes that they sold but insiders knew what was happening and took advantage of the knowledge and waited..

Thoughts in JZ’s form 4. JZ sold 100,000 shares at $19 -Biobillionaire

Thoughts: Amarin insiders have been exiting for some time. They understand the risks to their company ceasing to be a going concern beyond 2020 better than Amarin bulls do, and are acting accordingly.

They certainly do not anticipate a buyout. That is clear.
