Default time frame has passed. Judge Bennet has more then just our case on his plate. He will rule soon. This week or next week. Doesn’t matter it’s coming.

Remember during the day he is hearing cases. Rulings like ours comes will most likely happen late afternoon between 2-4:30’pm or early am 8:30-9:30
