I am neither a buyer or seller; I am simply stuck at much higher prices like ALL of us.
You seem to want to ignore the obvious:
1. They have about $3.5 million of debt/accounts payable due this year
AND
2. The authorized 350 million shares are GONE; there fore either more shares MUST be authorized or a reverse split MUST be implemented.

THESE ARE FACTS, NOT OPINION.
Please directly dispute these issues with authority and I too will jump in and buy!
