The FDA just can't be "uncooperative" just because they get up on the wrong side of the bed some mornings and be ornery. They have to justify and document the reason(s) for clearance denial. Of course, BIEL could suit if they have legitimate proof that they are unjustly getting stonewalled. So, that's the rub! Why is BIEL just lying there and taking this from the FDA if they have grounds to take the FDA to court? A lot of us out hear just didn't fall off the turnip truck upon yesterday. Something is going on here that's askew, and BIEL is an indispensable cog! For Real!!
