honestly, it is but scams can and do run. this one may have already had its run. damn it. oh well. the company is silent and there is no way to contact them. they don't answer calls. way too many red flags here. i'll be dumping soon

I found out that not many companies in the OTC are legit. My thing is why go through all of the trouble of even trying to clean up a dirty shell if you have no intentions on the ticker performing well, yet when investors start pouring in money you make statements like “we plan to do things the right way”, or “we plan to make it beneficial for investors in about a year”, or “we are focussing on the products not the stock so the prices being shown are only retail and not dilution” that makes no sense. Get your chit together business wise or product wise then worry about a ticker, at least if you do it this way you will have a greatly performing ticker because you will be able to provide news and progress on a regular instead of a bunch of waiting around for something to happen. This only shows me that this company like many have no real revenue and they are doing things with hopes and dreams of something big happening and expect investors to take their word that they are legit and not telling lies. And yea there are a Lots of red flags
