well put, I think you could be correct - although I think they may have had the CBD testing in place before the Altria deal and maybe the nicotine testing will be coming forth soon - could be another catalyst for the summer.
Perhaps there's a clause in the deal with Altria to stop them from releasing news/info about nicotine research? since Altria is funding and it would make sense they wouldnt want anyone else interested and potentially making a buyout more difficult
