vein this stock is manipulated to the max for now, that will only change when the deals begin to emerge, which I think should be soon, hopefully perhaps even a partnering OSA deal including an Investment stake to eliminate the LPC ongoing average 20k-25k shares average re-selling into the market giving manipulators an overwhelming advantage in "gaming" the PPS here
