Osprey has a pretty good track record, not to say that everything they get around goes bonkers. There are always moving parts. But their focus is in garnering third party independent validation from the client companies peers. So the long and short is that will promote the deal through industry professionals in the space.. The idea is that those types of people, the ones that really understand the sector will become long term and larger shareholder, not the quick buck bandits.
A company like ABCO is so undervalued with revs, good revs that in front of the right audience the chart should act better, shareholder base will increase and as byproduct new business will continue to expand
