The basis of Peatross’ work was dependent on the pen release. Note here we are a year and a half later, still no pen. Even all the supposed agreements with GanjaGold, BlackSwan and Humanity are scrubbed from the 10-Q.

Yazbeck didn’t fulfill all of the contractual requirements on his end.
Peatross’ complaint is more detailed, including where she accuses Yazbeck of spending HER company’s money to pay bills OUTSIDE of her company.
Yazbeck already filed a motion for receivership of Peatross’ company. The judge denied that motion.
