Hi ,not here to fight about it! but unless I'm missing something I don't see what terms were broke other than IMNP car ran out of gas and no money to buy more YET. I'm sure if Bert was approved and IMNP wanted to sell it ICO would be on board(as their just waiting for their Milestone $)other than future milestones the rights were bought and paid for by IMNP. I"m just asking how or why you think they will get back BERT after selling rights. ICO rights are for milestone $ . I read the terms for BERT deal but I'm a jerk not a lawyer but seems really one side in IMNP favor. I don't believe ICO is going to spend or waste $ on this fighting for something there not going to get. I'm just asking why you think its going back to them ? what was breached? I feel they are just saying hey! don't forget about us you greedy stealing thieves.
Lets say something was breached -all IMNP hard work and $ invested are just handed back to ICO ?PHase 1+_2 trials and other costs and tweaks.

MUMU is so slow it hilarious. The license is not owned by ICO. They have zero other than the rights to the ORIGINAL product that was licensed. Anything, and I mean anything that has been updated, revised, upgraded, changed, modified will be in the sweet hands of IMNP. You are such an idiot to make claims like that on this board. I bet we hear squat from you. You have no clue what you are talking about. The judge has no authority in these matters and ICO’s claim holds no water period. There are terms in the agreement that termination would given upon a setoff of certain actions. But who cares if that happens. The product that IMNP owns is taken as new product witch separate all the products. So see you later chump. Anyone that can read and understand a licensing agreement can understand this. I guess if you can’t then MIMU has you right where MUMU wants you. So be smart and re read and don’t be fooled by MUMU.
