Most of them! Since unlike AMFE, most of them were SEC registrants and had to file audited 10-Ks.
Which they did ... right up until they were "late" with the financials and never filed anything again despite claiming the missing 10-K was being worked on.
SPNG, CDEX, PPJE, FIBR (Osicom), and HMNY all were audited SEC reporting companies ... and all scams.
Peeps are still waiting for the SEC to finish 'flyspecking the 2009 10-K for SPNG' - which was the excuse for it being late.
What was the first sign things were wronGGG with SPNG? They missed a filing deadline for the 10-K ... and they've still never filed it. Despite endless excuses.
