If I had confidence in the company and I were hoping to get in on the private placement sometime later this year or next, I'd start soaking up shares at this level while I waited. After the last round, I would not want to end up empty handed because was over subscribed again. And besides, the placement price will likely be significantly higher than the current price.

Waiting patiently for the market cap to reach respectable levels. Lots of opportunity in near term, anyone of them could send us into the mid teens.. at least.
Thanks Phantom and Inovio for your insights on timelines. I have to believe the PC data will be positive. Nonetheless, I added more shares today with the intention of increasing my position in the next several trading sessions.
If the PC data is seen as less than positive by the market I will use it as an opportunity to get more shares in anticipation of events later in the year.
