If this recent news is a material event it will need to filed as an 8k by Friday. If Kim wants to sleep off the jet lag then next Monday at the latest. The rule is four business days to file a material event.

I think a PR may be produced before then, but hey, we’re talking Kim K. Thompson.

I hope he breaks out of his friggin’ predictable mold and drops a bombshell of a PR!
