If this recent news is a material event it will need to filed as an 8k by Friday. If Kim wants to sleep off the jet lag then next Monday at the latest. The rule is four business days to file a material event.

I think a PR may be produced before then, but hey, we’re talking Kim K. Thompson

I think the clock is still ticking. I would venture to say the signing ceremony in VN was a significant material event.

There are lot's of eyes on this ticker now, I think the 8k will be dropped very soon...
