Well, they probably *are* in a blackout period for Q2 earnings - that's not the point here - it's a couple people claiming that there's a blackout period that will last presumably until sNDA approval - that's what I questioning - how could someone know that? Sounds like inside info all by itself, and if the market acted on the assumption it's true, the SEC would not be too happy (if they actually cared).
