For who, us? Why didn't they do a stock and cash deal for ARRY instead of adding all the debt to their books? Increased debt by ~ 30%, and servicing the debt is going to cost them 5 cents/shr in EPS.
North, I don't see how this assumed blackout period applies to the PFE/ARRY BO - if it's actually real, and so far I've seen no evidence provided that shows the source.
