Just another theory since I don’t believe all the others that are floated out quite often. When I looks at some of the decisions that have been made in the past my feeling is that AW is fine with staying small till a marketing partner or the right buyout comes along.
Let's be clear, BIEL didn't create this device. They bought it. A few minor, and they were really minor tweaks over the past decade plus is all BIEL can be credited with.
If I recall correctly, the original IP even came with the eye surgery clinical studies.
