Chy3a, any ideas as to why? could that be a good thing...maybe things moving along quicker ?

Chy3a could be giving both parties time to workout a settlement. Also we have not heard how the Greek court case is working out. Which could be another shoe to drop. All in all everything should be favorable for distribution holders. The key seems to be, shareholders have escrow accounts, setup waiting for distributions. Something that would not have been done, unless funds were on the way.If you find out more please let us know. IMO
