Not to mention the fact that over six years passed between the emergence of WMIH from bankruptcy and the merger with Nationstar. Apparently, we are just to ignore that part of WMIH's history.

Yuperini, with that inconvenient fact pushed off the stage and after a few other magic tricks, the illusion that the theory is valid might work for a few seconds.

You used the word in your post, it shouldn’t be that difficult to just simply not use the word soon

Not true! COOP IS Reorganized WMI, see

From my own post:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=145282185

Diretly from POR7: www.kccllc.net/wamu/document/0812229111212000000000003

Definition Reorganized WMI:

Quote:
1.192 Reorganized WMI: WMI, on and after the Effective Date, which shall include One Hundred Percent (100%) of the equity interests of WMI Investment, WMMRC and, subject to the abandonment of the equity interests of WMB, WMB.

So according to the above definition Reorganized WMI owned WMIIC and owns WMMRC (and even WMB, subject to the abandonment of the equity interest in WMB).

So who owned WMIIC (WMI Investment Corp.) until it was dissolved, and who currently owns WMMRC right now??? Correct, COOP!

====>So COOP IS the Reorganized WMI

I don't agree to most of AZ's opinions, but concerning the fact that COOP IS Reorganized WMI he is absolutely right!

Your post:

Noperini, WMI never reorganized as WMIH. What did happen, was that WMIH was formed and spun off of WMI. It is TOTALLY separate and independent of the BK WMI. Currently WMI is in liquidation mode, that's why there is a WMILT. There is not much left of WMI any longer, you will soon see that. So the stock of WMIH, now COOP, is your fair and reasonable settlement. I know that it doesn't seem fair and reasonable, so that's why so many extreme theories have erupted on message boards. But if you signed releases, you will have escrows to get a small portion of WMIH stock, and most likely nothing more. Now that's the way it is.
