Open period = employees CAN trade stock.

Closed period = employees CANNOT trade stock.

Amarin has more 'closed period' cumulative time than 'open period' time. Yes, closed periods occur before earnings but also during other times, spread through out the year.

* This closed period seems to have been timed around the FDA 60/74 day letter.
