Correct and not only that the shares are coming out of the market with the buyback in effect. Stocks like CMGO don't happen every day. Smart people take advantage of the opportunity we are enjoying here.
The only problem I have with that is when you say “many traders won’t sell”. You’re wrong (historically speaking). It’s as simple as that. This gets dumped. Always has.
