If that was true, no stock would every run... lmao... Recently I've seen stocks with over 2 billion shares outstanding, chew up all the flipper shares, and continue from .01 to now over .026 - VRU$ - So gimme a break on that argument please... With only 450 million shares outstanding, and huge blocks traded this past week, it's very likely the stock will trade into the .01's this week and continue higher, as so many shares are now being bought and held in the .01 range..

Here's a chart with volume to back up my statement...

Over 125 million shares traded last week.... with 80 million shares trading in just the past 2 days over .0075....

And many traders will NOT SELL with the kind of NEWS we are expecting... at least not until the stock reaches .02 to .03, imo, and if the NEWS is the kind of CONTRACT we expect... it may hit those levels within a day or two of PR release, as company may buy back shares at any time which will fuel the rise... next...
