Yoyippie, Perhaps BP has been talking with AMRN all along.
There is nothing to prevent a deal being contingent upon label
expansion. For all we know, BP may want to make certain that
they can get their sales reps into action as soon as possible
once label expansion occurs. This could be done with a deal
for a BP to pay XX cash and xx in a CVR once label expansion
happens. The sooner BP buys AMRN the more time they will have
to benefit from it.
