I did some DD last night and from a 2011 article, Omega was buying the Liquidmetal product in Bars or rods because manufacturing was a problem and Omega was crafting the Omega watch parts themselves from these rods. I found it interesting how in 2011 the article talked about the inability to manufacture products from the Amorphous metal.
8 years later the issue is being addressed an apparently being overcome. glta
