If they raise before they announce an update on PC then I will take that as a big negative.
I believe the results will be phenomenal and I suspect Peter is getting ready to tap the 200M AFTER the update. He is just aligning all ducks in a row.
When the time comes and the share price isn’t what he anticipates and with interest rates low and still dropping he is giving himself options. The fact he is considering debt indicates he is expecting some sort of revenue stream in the not to distant future.
I wouldn’t be surprise to see a jump to over $7 come Monday morning (after the initial morning drop).
